4.5 oz Gibraltar glass

Measure 2 oz (60 g) of coffee and use a
(we like the
from Ona Coffee) to even the coffee grounds in the portafilter.
Tamp the coffee grounds and place the portafilter on the group head of your espresso machine.
Place a preheated 5-7 oz (150 - 210 ml) glass under the portafilter and pull the double shot.
Add 2 oz (60 ml) of milk to your pitcher and steam until hot to the touch.
Pour the steamed milk slowly on your espresso, making sure to maintain the 1:1 ratio. We recommend you pour from a higher level to allow the milk to cut through the espresso.
You’re ready to enjoy a cortado made with your own two hands!
